Theme: Exams as Festivals: Empowering the Exam Warriors
On Friday, February 6, 2026, Jan Gan Man English Secondary School proudly hosted a special screening and interactive session for the 9th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC). The event saw enthusiastic participation from students of Grades 6 to 10, along with teachers and parents, all gathered to hear Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s insights on transforming exam stress into a celebration of learning.
The Interaction: Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with students nationwide, emphasizing that "Education is for life, and exams are merely a way to examine oneself."
Global Participation: This year’s edition saw record-breaking engagement, following a registration period that concluded on January 11, 2026.
Core Themes: The discussion focused on:
Trusting Your Rhythm: The PM urged students to follow their own study patterns rather than blindly imitating others.
The "Twin" Concept: He described Education and Skills as inseparable twins, highlighting that professional growth requires continuous learning.
AI as a Companion: A significant focus was placed on using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance wisdom and supplement strengths, rather than replacing hard work.
The school organized a live broadcast of the session, ensuring every student had the opportunity to absorb the "Mantras" shared by the Prime Minister.
| Activity | Description |
| Live Screening | Students watched the interaction on large screens, taking notes on time management and focus. |
| Brainstorming | Post-screening, teachers led a discussion on the PM’s "Cricket Analogy"—focusing on the ball (exams) despite the noise (pressure). |
| Certificate Distribution | Students who participated in the initial MyGov competition were recognized for their creative entries. |
The atmosphere at JGM was one of positivity and relief. Students expressed that the PM’s advice on "Digital Fasting" and "Balanced Living" made the upcoming board exams feel less like a burden and more like a milestone.
"The Prime Minister’s message that 'Comfort zones don't shape life' really resonated with us. It has changed the way we look at our preparation." — Grade 10 Student
As the 2026 session concludes, Jan Gan Man English Secondary School remains committed to fostering a stress-free environment. We look forward to the 10th edition (PPC 2027), which is expected to occur in February 2027, continuing this vital dialogue between the nation's leadership and its future.
