Municipal Birth Certificate (Original and 3 Attested Photo Copies).
Ration Card OR Any other valid proof of Residence (3 Attested Copies).
Five Passport Size Colour Photographs (Mention the name of the child at the back of the Photograph).
Two Passport Size Photographs of Parents (mention the parent name on the backside).
Blood Group Certificate of the child.
Medical health certificate of the child.
Caste Certificate Copy (Computerized).

Aadhaar Card – Zerox Copy.
Caste Certificate Copy (Computerized)
Transfer Certificate from the Previous School attended.
Ration Card OR Any other valid proof of Residence (3 Attested Copies).
Five Passport Size Colour Photographs (Mention the name of the child at the back of the Photograph).
Two Passport Size Photographs of Parents (mention the parent name on the backside).
Blood Group Certificate of the child.
Medical health certificate of the child.
One attested copy of the Progress Report.
If the pupil comes from another state the leaving certificate must be countersigned by the education officer of that place.

Admission Cancellation Charges
